THE ROLE
Due to continued growth, we're looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join our Brisbane team.
This is a full 360‑degree recruitment role where you'll develop new business, manage client relationships and recruit quality candidates within your own specialist market.

Your responsibilities will include:
Developing new business and winning new clients
Building and managing client relationships
Sourcing and interviewing candidates
Managing the recruitment process from start to finish
Coordinating interviews and negotiating job offers
Growing your own specialist market
As your client base grows, you'll build long‑term relationships that generate repeat business and create an excellent income.

About You
To be successful, you'll ideally have:
Experience managing a sales process from start to finish
Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
A proactive, resilient and motivated attitude
Confidence building relationships and influencing others
Australian Permanent Residency, Australian Citizenship or unrestricted working rights
