Tom’s Pallets is growing fast — and we’re looking for reliable, hardworking people to join our recycling and assembly crew in Runcorn.
You’ll be hands-on every day repairing and rebuilding wooden pallets that keep Australia’s supply chains moving — all while helping reduce waste and create a cleaner, circular economy.

What You’ll Do
- Repair and assemble wooden pallets using air and power tools
- Work safely and efficiently as part of a tight-knit team
- Keep the yard organised and follow quality and safety standards
What We’re Looking For
- Comfortable with hands-on, physical work
- Confident using tools (nail guns, saws, etc.)
- Reliable and honest with a good work ethic
- Own transport to our Runcorn depot
- Able to wear PPE (steel caps, hi-vis, safety glasses)
Bonus points if you have:
- Forklift licence or previous pallet/warehouse experience
