Join Constructions is a leading construction company specialising in bespoke residential and commercial projects across NSW. With a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship and exceptional customer service, we have built a reputation for excellence in the industry. Our dynamic and innovative team is dedicated to driving growth and achieving outstanding results for our clients. We are now looking for experienced Site Managers to join us at our Southern Highlands or Northern Beaches projects.

Role Overview

The Site Manager leads and manages resourcing, construction and site-specific tasks from commencement to completion, delivering projects safely, efficiently and profitably. Reporting to the Constructions Manager, you'll coordinate all trades on site, uphold premium workmanship standards, and build solid relationships with clients, consultants, subcontractors and suppliers — protecting JOIN's brand and reputation through professionalism and an immaculately presented site at all times.

Key Responsibilities

Manage projects from commencement to completion, delivering on time and within budget.

Coordinate all trades on site, maintaining programme and sequencing.

Direct labour and contractors, ensuring professional standards, legislation and timeframes are met.

Lead site safety — communicate and enforce JOIN's Safety and Quality Management System, run toolbox talks,



and lead incident investigations.

Ensure premium workmanship through regular quality inspections, immediate defect rectification, and compliance with plans, specifications, the NCC and Australian Standards.

Program and coordinate subcontractor works across trades and approve completed work prior to progress claims.

Communicate proactively with clients and consultants, attending meetings and providing regular progress updates.

Maintain accurate project documentation — site diaries, ITPs, daily reports, variations, RFIs, defect registers and photo records.

Mentor and train apprentices and team members to become future site leaders.

Skills and Qualifications

Certificate IV in Building and Construction or relevant qualification.

5+ years experience as a Site Manager, ideally within high-end residential or luxury construction.

Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing site teams, trades and subcontractors.

Current White Card and Class C Driver Licence.

Supervisory accreditation or demonstrated leadership development.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to represent JOIN professionally with clients, consultants and site visitors.

Lives around or can travel to Southern Highlands or Northern Beaches regions sites (Desirable).
