Glitch Productions is seeking an experienced General Counsel to be our first in-house legal hire, reporting to the COO/CEO and partnering across production, distribution, platform partnerships, people and finance. You’ll build the legal infrastructure for a global, digital-first studio, negotiating with major platforms and guiding a blended workforce across markets.

You’ll own contract templates, compliance programs, and cross-border employment structures, while staying close to day-to-day deals
