They are seeking an experienced Digital Delivery Consultant who can take ownership of digital delivery, drive BIM outcomes and work closely with leading clients, consultants and contractors. Key Responsibilities

Lead digital delivery across major projects, managing BIM processes, information requirements and project standards from inception through to delivery.

Develop and manage BIM Execution Plans, federated models and digital coordination workflows, ensuring project teams meet agreed information and quality requirements.

Coordinate multidisciplinary reviews with consultants, contractors, designers and project managers, driving issue resolution and maintaining delivery against programme milestones.

Undertake model audits, quality assurance and consultant data exchanges, using platforms including Revit, Navisworks and Revizto to identify and resolve coordination issues.

Support clients and internal leadership with digital reporting, process improvements and the development of smarter, more efficient BIM and information management workflows.

Skills & Experience

Strong experience in BIM, digital delivery,



digital engineering or information management within the architecture, engineering, construction or property sectors.

Advanced working knowledge of Revit and Navisworks, with experience in federated model production, clash detection, coordination and BIM data management.

Demonstrated understanding of BIM Execution Plans, information requirements, model standards and digitally enabled project delivery processes.

Confident stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to lead coordination across multidisciplinary project teams and influence outcomes.

Degree or diploma qualification in architecture, engineering, construction, property or a related discipline, with construction or consultancy experience highly regarded.
