Bunnings is seeking a Department Manager to lead a 20+ strong team in a fast-paced, high-volume store. You will drive service, sales and stock accuracy while training and developing colleagues to deliver the Best Experience to every customer across our widest range and best prices.

This role requires a confident, proactive leader with solid safety credentials, experience in rostering, opening and closing the store, and the ability to collaborate with Merchandising, Store Leadership and Health
