Roles & Responsibilities:

- Maintain enterprise integration solutions using the webMethods platform (v10.15).
- Support integrations using Integration Server, B2B, BPMS, CAF, and Broker.
- Support API integrations using webMethods API Gateway.




- Support file transfer solutions using webMethods Active Transfer.
- Maintain B2B integrations with external trading partners using EDI/XML and secure communication protocols.
- Maintain business workflows and process automation using webMethods BPMS.
- Design and maintain CAF-based applications for business users.
- Support message-driven integrations using webMethods Broker and troubleshoot message flow issues.
- Develop REST and SOAP web services for enterprise system integration.
- Design reusable services, shared frameworks, and integration components following best practices.
- Perform API development, enhancements, deployment, and production support activities.
- Monitor production integrations, investigate incidents, perform root cause analysis (RCA), and implement permanent fixes.
- Handle Level 2 and Level 3 production support, ensuring adherence to SLAs and minimizing business impact.
- Work closely with business stakeholders, solution architects, infrastructure teams, database administrators, and external vendors to deliver integration solutions.
- Participate in requirement analysis, effort estimation, technical design, development, testing, deployment, and post-production support.




- Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and integration best practices.
- Support environment setup, application deployments, configuration management, and release activities.
- Troubleshoot performance issues and optimize existing integration services.
- Work extensively with Oracle databases, SQL, XML, JSON, XSLT, and various file transfer mechanisms.
- Manage application incidents, service requests, problem tickets, and change requests using ITIL processes.
- Prepare technical design documents, deployment guides, operational runbooks, and knowledge transfer documentation.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams during production releases and major incidents.
- Provide on-call support and participate in planned maintenance and weekend deployment activities.
