An fantastic prospect awaits an experienced Litigation Legal Assistant to join a impressive Commercial Litigation & Disputes practice, within one of the country's most prestigious law firms. You will be based in the Melbourne office and work closely with a truly fantastic Partner and 2 other Lawyers, providing all aspects of legal administration support with the opportunity to undertake some Paralegal responsibilities at times.
This is a long-term career opportunity for an experienced Legal Assistant with a background working in private practice within a litigious area of law. Your exposure to court processes in the State and Federal Court jurisdictions will also assist in your success, and if you'resomeone who is keen to undertake Paralegal responsibilities, this Partner is the one to work for!
To ensure your success in this busy and diverse role, you’ll be highly organised, confident juggling multiple priorities and have strong communication skills,
ideally gained within a fast-paced Litigation practice. Your responsibilities will be varied and include email and diary management, preparing court documents, briefs and correspondence, coordinating matters and deadlines, and providing all-round practice support to the team.
