The Department of Health in Tasmania is seeking a Diversional Therapist to deliver a social support program at the Latrobe Adult Day Centre. The role focuses on wellness and reablement in a warm, client-centred setting.

You will plan and implement individual care, deliver activities and group programs for older clients, working with a small team to meet their needs under the Aged Care Framework.
