What you’ll be doing:

If you live local, you might know our Broome centre? At thestart of your day,



you’ll walk pass our award-winning nature scapethriving with play and learning (and smile). You’ll lead aclose-knit team of educators, ensuring our children enjoy aninclusive, safe, hygienic, and inspiring environment that will feelwarm and welcoming to both the children and families. You’llpromote our ‘School ReadY’ program and manage compliance. At theend of your shift, you’ll walk out the door (still smiling) knowingthe children are continuing to develop in body, mind, andspirit.

You’ll be great in this role if you…

- Have infectious enthusiasm and passion in early yearseducation and care
- Have a degree or diploma in Early Childhood orequivalent
- Hold a HLTAID012 First Aid certificate or equivalent
- Understand the National Quality Framework & NationalEducation & Care Services Regulations 2012
- Previous experience in children services, developing andimplementing programs for 0-to-5-yr olds
- Can obtain a National Police Certificate and Working withChildren card
