Challenge Community Services is seeking compassionate Support Workers for our Mudgee Accommodation Services. You will assist clients with high support needs, including wheelchair users and those requiring medical support, helping them live with dignity and independence.

Role involves personal care, daily living support, and promoting autonomy within shared living environments. Sleepover/overnight shifts apply on a versatile roster across weekdays and weekends.
