Snow Australia is seeking a Head of Athlete Development to lead the design and continuous improvement of the Athlete Development Framework (ADF) across 14 disciplines. This role reports to the General Manager – Sport and drives talent identification, pathway entry and development through high-performance programs, aligning with AIS frameworks and national sport priorities.

Working with OWIA, NIN partners and discipline staff, you will build capability, ensure consistency and accountability
