Positive Collective on the Gold Coast is seeking a Client Success Specialist to own the end-to-end client journey, from onboarding through to program completion, coordinating education, coaching and live events. You'll work with the Head of Education and Live Events, ensure seamless delivery, manage communications across stakeholders and drive engagement and retention KPIs.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in client success, experience in digital marketing or education, and outstanding
