About The Role

This firm is seeking a Business Services Manager to take ownership of a diverse portfolio of clients while mentoring a team of intermediate and senior accountants. You will work closely with Partners on complex compliance and advisory matters, playing a key role in the ongoing development of the business services division.

What You Will Be Doing

- Managing a portfolio of clients across a range of industries, including preparation and review of financial statements and tax returns
- Providing tax planning and advisory support to clients
- Reviewing work prepared by intermediate and senior staff and providing technical guidance
- Liaising directly with clients on an ongoing basis, building long term relationships
- Assisting with the training and development of junior team members




- Contributing to the WIP and billing process for your portfolio
- Working closely with Partners on advisory and structuring matters

What We Are Looking For

- CA or CPA qualified
- Minimum 5 years experience in a public practice environment
- Strong technical knowledge across tax and compliance
- Proven experience reviewing the work of junior staffExcellent communication skills with the ability to build client relationships
- A proactive approach with solid attention to detail
- Up to 4 RDOs per year
- 5 weeks annual leave
- Clear pathway to Senior Manager and beyond
