T2 Tea is seeking an enthusiastic Assistant Store Manager for our Sydney-area store to support the Store Manager and lead the team in delivering memorable customer experiences. You will help manage day-to-day operations, merchandising, and stock while coaching staff to maintain high standards.

In this role, you will also participate in training, development, and the execution of store initiatives. Regular Sunday work is expected with a rotating Sunday roster and opportunities for growth within
