This role offers a diverse caseload across NDIS, community, and private practice settings. Our clinic is fully equipped with a gym and gymnastics space within a sport-centre environment, supporting high-quality, functional rehabilitation.

We are a supportive and friendly team that values learning, collaboration, and clinical growth, and we welcome both experienced Physiotherapists and early career Physiotherapists who are eager to develop their skills and grow with us.

About the Role

You will work with a diverse caseload, including:

Older adults with balance and falls risk

Neurological conditions

Post-surgical rehabilitation

Sports and active individuals (injury rehab, return-to-play/work, performance-focused rehabilitation)

You will be supported to develop advanced clinical reasoning and deliver meaningful, measurable outcomes for clients.

Duties

Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments and develop client-centred treatment plans

Deliver physiotherapy services in-clinic, gym-based, and community settings

Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of allied health professionals and medical practitioners to coordinate effective treatment plans

What makes this role different

Focus on quality care and meaningful outcomes over high patient turnover

Opportunity to work with advanced rehabilitation approaches (balance, gait, inspiratory muscle training, VALD technology, etc.)

Exposure to innovative, outcome-based physiotherapy systems

Collaborative and supportive clinical environment

Autonomy in clinical decision-making with structured guidance

What we are looking for

A minimum Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy

Full AHPRA Registration

A minimum of one year of clinical experience

Role available to start ASAP

Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle

Professional indemnity and public liability insurance

Excellent clinical reasoning and communication skills

Patient-centred mindset with empathy and professionalism

Willingness to learn, grow, and engage in evidence-based practice

Ability to work independently while contributing to a team-focused setting

Experience with NDIS and WorkCover clients

Background in balance, falls prevention, or neurological rehab

Interest in technology-assisted rehabilitation

Experience managing complex or chronic conditions

Research experience or a strong interest in clinical research and evidence translation
