Physiotherapist (Part-time or Full Time available)
We are seeking a motivated and caring Physiotherapist to join E-Motion Physio Lab, a growing clinic focused on balance, gait, mobility, and quality of life through evidence-based neurorehabilitation, musculoskeletal (MSK) care, and complex chronic conditions.
This role offers a diverse caseload across NDIS, community, and private practice settings. Our clinic is fully equipped with a gym and gymnastics space within a sport-centre environment, supporting high-quality, functional rehabilitation.
We are a supportive and friendly team that values learning, collaboration, and clinical growth, and we welcome both experienced Physiotherapists and early career Physiotherapists who are eager to develop their skills and grow with us.

About the Role
You will work with a diverse caseload, including:
Older adults with balance and falls risk
Neurological conditions
Post-surgical rehabilitation
Children and adolescents with developmental, MSK, or functional needs
Sports and active individuals (injury rehab, return-to-play/work, performance-focused rehabilitation)
You will be supported to develop advanced clinical reasoning and deliver meaningful, measurable outcomes for clients.
Duties
Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments and develop client-centred treatment plans
Deliver physiotherapy services in-clinic, gym-based, and community settings
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of allied health professionals and medical practitioners to coordinate effective treatment plans
Plan and facilitate group exercise programs and falls prevention classes
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation and reporting

What we are looking for
A minimum Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy
Full AHPRA Registration
A minimum of one year of clinical experience
Role available to start ASAP
Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
Professional indemnity and public liability insurance
Excellent clinical reasoning and communication skills
Patient-centred mindset with empathy and professionalism
Willingness to learn, grow, and engage in evidence-based practice
Ability to work independently while contributing to a team-focused setting
Experience with NDIS and WorkCover clients
Background in balance, falls prevention, or neurological rehab
Interest in technology-assisted rehabilitation
Experience managing complex or chronic conditions
Research experience or a strong interest in clinical research and evidence translation
