SCE is seeking an experienced Shift Team Leader to supervise a crew across the recent granulation plant, mobile equipment and slag handling activities at Port Kembla Steelworks. This hands-on frontline leadership role requires setting shift expectations, coordinating work, and maintaining safety and operational discipline.
You’ll work with the Operations Manager, maintenance and other stakeholders, conduct pre-starts and toolbox talks, and ensure timely handovers.
