My Guardian is seeking a Service Coordinator to act as a front-line representative and deliver our services from the Sydney Olympic Park Head Office. The role is full-time and on-site, based in Sydney, NSW.
You will coordinate staff rostering, build solid client relationships, and provide on-call support to manage urgent shift changes while working with Case Managers to meet individual care goals. The position also involves NDIS and aged care program coordination and general administration.
