ALH Hotels is seeking a Venue Support Officer for North Wollongong & Charles Hotels. This role supports onsite operations, manages admin duties and assists the management team to deliver excellent guest service and compliant operations.
You will handle customer enquiries, maintain data accuracy across ALH systems, participate in team meetings and help during peak trade periods while upholding privacy and confidentiality.
