DP World Australia is seeking a Senior Manager - Workforce Planning to join the National Customer Centre team, based in Port Botany. You will lead the National Workforce Planning function, ensuring consistent and compliant rostering aligned with enterprise agreements and labour budgets.

This permanent full time role involves driving centralised workforce planning, managing rostering systems and vendor relationships, and supporting labour operations across terminals.
