CareSuper is seeking a driven business development professional to join our Employer Growth team in Australia. Reporting to the Manager, Employer Growth, you will secure new employer partnerships, grow membership, and drive FUM while shaping growth priorities.
You will build relationships with HR leaders, CFOs, COOs and other C-suite stakeholders, tailor superannuation solutions, and ensure smooth onboarding and early retention in a hybrid workplace with generous leave.
