The Company is seeking a Head of Commercial Strategy to lead the strategic direction and growth of its in-house brand portfolio. This role is pivotal in the international expansion and development of new brands, with a focus on bringing commercial rigor and strategic clarity to the company's ambitious goals. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and evolving the commercial strategy, leading market scoping, and go-to-market planning, as well as owning the commercial planning cycle, including forecasting, financial modeling, and profitability assessments.

A key aspect of the role is to lead the team in building business cases for new brands, acquisitions, and partnerships, and to partner with the leadership team to shape and challenge growth plans. The ideal candidate for the Head of Commercial Strategy position at the company will have a sharp strategic mind, a background in consultancy and/or brand-side strategy,



and deep commercial acumen. They should be adept at turning complexity into clear commercial direction, with a proven track record in building business cases, financial models, and market entry strategies.

The role requires a leader who can operate confidently at the senior level, influence stakeholders, and bring clarity to ambiguity. A genuine curiosity for brands, consumer trends, and global market dynamics is essential, as is the ability to work autonomously in a rapid-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
