MANAWISE Care in Townsville is opening a brand-new residential home for young people with complex needs. As a Youth Worker, you will help create a safe, nurturing workplace, support resilience and life skills, and work with a dedicated team to achieve positive outcomes.

You will build strong, professional relationships, apply trauma-informed practices, respond calmly to incidents, and document case notes and incident reports.
