Relationships Australia Victoria is seeking a motivated Men’s Family Violence Pathways Practitioner for our Boronia centre. The role is part time permanent, four days per week with one evening shift.
You will conduct eligibility and risk assessments, develop tailored case plans, and provide high-quality case management and support, while facilitating Men’s Behaviour Change Programs and liaising with specialist services to promote safety and positive outcomes.
