About the Role

Reporting to the Retail Operations Manager, the Shop Manager plays a critical role in the daily operations, performance, and continued success of our stores. You will be responsible for leading a team of supervisors and retail staff, maintaining the highest standards of product knowledge, customer service, compliance, and store presentation.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver exceptional customer service through team leadership and direct engagement
- Train and mentor staff in product knowledge, service standards, and operational systems
- Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency, compliance,



and financial performance, including wage control and upselling strategies
- Collaborate on marketing initiatives, seasonal planning, and promotional strategies
- Conduct performance appraisals and support professional development within the team
- Maintain meticulous standards of meat handling and visual merchandising of product
- Engage with customers, sharing expertise on products, recipes, and preparation techniques
