The Role
You'll take ownership of HVAC projects from award through to completion, ensuring they are delivered safely, on programme, within budget and to the highest quality standards.
Projects will typically range up to $5 million across:

- Commercial construction
- Existing and live data centre environments




- Refurbishment and upgrade projects
- Specialist mechanical services installations

Working alongside experienced internal teams, your responsibilities will include:

- Managing projects from commencement through to practical completion
- Building and maintaining robust client relationships
- Coordinating Site Managers, subcontractors and suppliers
- Working closely with Engineering, Drafting, Estimating and Project Administration teams
- Managing project programmes, budgets, forecasting and financial performance
- Administering variations and maximising project profitability
- Ensuring projects are delivered safely and in accordance with company and client standards

About You
We're interested in speaking with Project Managers who have experience delivering HVAC or mechanical services projects and enjoy working within a collaborative team environment.

- Experience managing mechanical services/HVAC projects
- Strong commercial and financial acumen
- Excellent communication and client management skills
- Experience coordinating subcontractors and site teams
- The ability to manage multiple stakeholders while maintaining programme and budget objectives
- A trade or engineering background will be highly regarded
