Swimart Cleveland, a successful franchise with a strong skill sets and customer experience top of mind, is looking to add a recent customer service champion to our existing team.

What you'll be doing:

Greet & serve customers in store and over the phone.

Process and analyse pool water tests and offer recommendations on chemicals & dosage

Provide a range of solutions on equipment & parts.

Take booking and inquiries, promote our range of services.

Merchandise & restock shelves, manage stock, maintain displays and workstations.

Be an asset in our team of technicians and retail staff.

Embrace and convey our customer centric culture

What we're looking for:

Ideally an availability to work minimum 3 to 4 days a week (20 to 30 hours) year-round casual or full time.

Exceptional delivery of customer service and genuine desire to assist customers.





Must have previous experience in Sales / Customer Service in a retail environment and /or in the pool industry and basic understanding of chemistry.

Be IT literate, proficient in Microsoft suite and ability to learn / use various software including water testing, POS, Eftpos, scheduling and more.

Ability to lift and move loads up to 20 KG bags / drums

Strong attention to detail & problem-solving skills, good communication skills, both written and verbal, organised, neat & tidy.
