We currently have a rare and exciting opportunity for a results driven sales management professional to support their team in the regional west team from Logan, Ipswich and out to Scenic Rim & Toowoomba with delivering QLD sales initiatives and strategies.

Reporting to the State Sales Manager, your responsibilities will include:

- Operate at both the strategic and operational level to develop and implement sales strategies, while implementing training to support growth within the industry and its identified markets
- Achieve the monthly / annual budgets for leads, appointments, deposits and SOC signings
- Complete comprehensive reporting as per business requirements
- Manage, coach and mentor a highly focused, competitive and committed team of sales professionals, to achieve key growth plans and take them to the next level
- Implement strong sales strategies within dedicated regions to maximise efficiency, minimise costs and develop a highly competent and professional team; and
- Fostering a positive and focused culture where customer service and teamwork is paramount.

The successful candidate will have:

- Extensive experience in a senior Sales Management position, experience in Volume Housing or Established Real Estate preferred
- Experience in developing and implementing business strategies to achieve sales targets, business unit revenue and business KPIs
- A professional and innovative approach to creating new sales opportunities
- A proven track record in people management and leading and mentoring a workforce
- Ability to implement continuous improvement within identified markets
- An Energetic and memorable approach,



with experience in motivating a sales team and stimulating a referral network; and
- A Great Attitude!!!

Display villages including Springfield, Whiterock, Greenbank, Yarrabilba, Flagstone & Beaudesert opening within the next 12 months.
