Berry Street is recruiting a Foster Care Case Manager in Noble Park, VIC. You will support children and young people in care, coordinating day-to-day needs and working with volunteer foster carers to ensure safe, reliable placements.

You will engage with internal teams and external partners to identify placements, including specialised therapeutic foster care, while applying trauma-informed approaches to promote healing and wellbeing.
