About the Role

As Duty Manager, you will play a key role in the smooth running of the venue across day-to-day operations. You will lead the team during your shifts, maintain service standards, handle customer enquiries, support staff performance, and ensure compliance and safety requirements are met.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll be visible on the floor and expected to make confident decisions, particularly during busy service periods.



You'll work closely with senior management to maintain operational standards and contribute to the ongoing success of the venue.

Your Skills and Experience

- Previous experience as a Duty Manager, Assistant Manager, Supervisor, or senior hospitality team member.
- Strong leadership skills with the confidence to take charge of a busy shift.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills with a professional approach.
- Sound understanding of liquor licensing, RSA, workplace health and safety, and venue compliance.
- Ability to remain calm, organised, and solutions-focused in a fast-paced environment.
