About the role:
We're currently working with a progressive law firm to secure an experienced Dispute Resolution & Litigation Lawyer on a contract basis.
Commencing ASAP, this engagement is expected to run for approximately three months and offers the opportunity to join a high-performing and collaborative litigation practice working on a diverse range of commercial disputes and recovery matters.
Your responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
- Debt and asset recovery litigation across State and Federal Courts
- Enforcement of guarantees, indemnities, and contractual obligations
- Insolvency-related disputes, including winding up proceedings and creditor petitions
- Building and managing relationships with clients and key stakeholders
- Supporting broader litigation and legal projects as required
Who we are looking for:
We're seeking litigation lawyers with 10+ years’ PAE, ideally gained in leading national or international firms or pre-eminent boutique firms. The ideal lawyer will have a solid background advising on debt recovery, asset recovery, enforcement and broader commercial litigation matters, and be comfortable managing matters with a high degree of autonomy.
