Lifestyle Solutions is seeking a highly organised People Support Coordinator to join the People Team at our Carrington office in NSW. You will be the go-to person for HR support, ensuring compliance, accurate records and smooth HR processes across the organisation.
This role focuses on probity and audit compliance, HRIS administration, onboarding and employee lifecycle activity. You will generate employment contracts and letters, support managers and staff, and maintain compliance registers.
