Options Consulting Group (OCG) is guiding the Australian operations of a global specialty chemicals manufacturer and offering a defined pathway to CEO for an experienced leader.
Reporting to the CEO and sitting on the Australian Executive Leadership Team, you will oversee manufacturing, procurement, supply chain, quality and regulatory affairs, safety and engineering, and lead the transition of selected lines to local production, plus a multi-site consolidation over 18–24 months.
