Australia Post is seeking a Head of Health, Safety & Wellbeing (VIC/TAS) to lead safety strategy across a major operational region. You will partner with senior leaders, shape culture and drive improvements in safety outcomes while guiding a team of Safety Business Partners across Network Operations.

In this role you will influence executive-level decisions, champion governance, and ensure compliance with safety legislation in a complex, high-volume setting.
