Role: Salesforce Developer Location: Sydney Experience: 7+ years Role type: Permanent Roles & responsibilities: 7+ years in a hands-on Software Engineering role with strong demonstrated expertise in Salesforce Development Demonstrated implementation experience across key Salesforce modules, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience/Community Cloud, Knowledge, Omni-Channel, and Analytics/CRM Analytics. Strong understanding of Salesforce governor limits and platform constraints, with hands-on experience optimizing SOQL queries, bulkified Apex patterns, and large-data processing. Deep expertise in the Salesforce Integration stack, including limitations, security considerations, and end-to-end delivery using REST APIs, Platform Events, Named Credentials, External Credentials, and Connected/External Apps. Proven capability in release management frameworks, governance, and deployment strategies, using tools such as GitHub, AutoRABIT, and up-to-date DevOps practices. Strong Java development background with experience in enterprise systems Experience conducting thorough peer reviews of code and configuration,
ensuring alignment with organizational standards and best-practice patterns so that only high-quality components progress through upper-tier environments. Ability to support release management by resolving deployment and merge conflicts across multiple development streams, including both BAU and project delivery teams. Ability to review and validate effort estimates provided by developers, identifying technical dependencies, potential blockers, and risks associated with planned development work. Evaluation skills for user stories on completeness and technical feasibility, providing approval or required clarifications prior to assigning work to developers. Collaborate skills, to work closely with the Scrum Master, BA and Tech Lead on a day-to-day basis to ensure smooth sprint execution, accurate prioritization, and alignment on technical solutions. Salesforce certifications (Advanced Administrator, Platform Developer I ).
