Outkast is a well-established commercial design and construct company based in Brisbane with a robust focus on commercial and industrial fit outs works.

This is a leadership role responsible for managing projects from pre-construction through to delivery while acting as the link between our design, procurement and construction teams.

We are looking for someone who can lead both people and projects.

Your Responsibilities

- Manage projects from concept to completion
- Lead client and stakeholder relationships
- Coordinate design, procurement and construction teams
- Manage site managers and subcontractors
- Oversee procurement, budgets and programmes
- Drive project reporting and communication
- Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time and on budget

What We're Looking For

- 5+ years project management experience




- Commercial office fit-out experience essential
- Design & Construct experience preferred
- Strong understanding of procurement and construction methodology
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working with commercial asset owners and landlords highly regarded
