We are currently recruiting for a Hindi-Speaking Inside Sales Representative to join a global organisation based in Mill Park, Melbourne.

About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working with customers and wants to develop their career across inside sales and customer service.

- Managing customer enquiries, quotations and orders
- Building and maintaining strong customer relationships
- Processing and managing customer orders through CRM/order management systems
- Providing sales and customer service support
- Identifying and developing sales opportunities within existing accounts
- Following up with customers and ensuring a high level of service
- Working closely with internal sales and operational teams
- Managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

About You

We are looking for someone with:

- Fluent Hindi and English communication skills
- Experience in Inside Sales, Customer Service, Sales Support, or a similar customer-facing role
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Experience using CRM or order management systems
- A proactive and commercially minded approach




- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
- B2B customer service or sales experience is highly desirable
