The Opportunity

As their new Senior Accountant/Client Manager, you’ll be a key part of the team, contributing to a broad range of client engagements that go beyond compliance and into high-impact advisory.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Developing KPI frameworks and delivering monthly management reports to help clients track performance and achieve objectives.
- Providing strategic tax planning and preparing all associated compliance, including financial statements, reconciliations, income tax returns, and BAS.




- Leading client meetings with a focus on understanding their goals, analysing results, and identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Mentoring junior team members and helping shape the next generation of talent.

What You’ll Bring

- At least 5 years’ experience in a public practice environment within Australia.
- A completed accounting degree, and CA/CPA qualified (or nearing completion).
- Solid technical and compliance skills, paired with a growing interest in advisory.
- Experience mentoring or supervising junior staff.
- A confident, collaborative communication style with the ability to build strong internal and external relationships.

This is a firm that recognises and rewards achievement. If you’re delivering results, you’ll be rewarded accordingly via regular salary and performance reviews. The starting salary range is $120,000 to $145,000 + Super, with performance-based reviews that offer real scope to grow your package over time.
