A Contracts Administrator is sought by an established Tier 3 Builder in Western Sydney, to work on retail, hospitality and education fit out and refurbishment projects in the $500k - 3 million range.

- Working under a PM with projects ranging from $500k -3 million on average
- Initial project will be a $1 million education fit out
- $100k to $120k package

The Company
- An established Tier 3 Builder with national presence and large pipeline of work available
- Sectors include commercial, education, and retail
- Reporting to a Project Manager
- Lump sum, construction management and design & construction projects
- 40 + staff in the business
- Opportunities for further career advancement and development
You will have
- A Construction Management Degree or similar
- 2 years minimum previous project coordination or contracts administration experience with a Principal Commercial Contractor in Sydney is essential
- Experience with procurement, letting contracts, claims, variations, final accounts, sub contractor payments
- Procore experience is essential
- A steady career history and proven CA background required
