The Company

The Role

As a Contact Centre Representative, you will manage inbound customer enquiries relating to orders, product details, returns, quotes, and general service needs. You’ll also support occasional outbound campaigns tied to sales or marketing initiatives. Working within the Rewards & Loyalty team, you’ll maintain accurate records, support customer satisfaction, and contribute to a high-quality service environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound customer calls across orders, product queries, returns and quotes
- Recommend alternative,



cross-sell or up-sell products
- Support outbound telesales campaigns when required
- Maintain accurate manual and electronic records
- Prepare reports, documents and data for analysis
- Follow quality, productivity and compliance standards
- Stay current on promotional programs and internal policies
- Complete required training across product, policy and systems
- Meet effectiveness, efficiency and schedule adherence targets
- Support additional tasks or projects aligned to your skills

What You Bring to the Table

- Strong customer service capability and clear communication skills
- Higher School Certificate (or equivalent)
- Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality or contact centre
- Proficiency with MS Office and general computer literacy
- Ability to problem solve, multi-task and adapt in real time
- Professional written, verbal and phone communication skills
- Customer-focused approach with high attention to detail
- Ability to work autonomously and remain accountable
