Your new role

We are seeking experienced Business Analysts and Senior Business Analysts to join a high-performing transformation team.

Working closely with business stakeholders, project teams and technology specialists, you will:

- Facilitate workshops and stakeholder engagement sessions
- Analyse and document current and future state business processes
- Gather, prioritise and document business requirements
- Develop user stories and acceptance criteria
- Support solution design and business process improvement initiatives
- Contribute to business readiness and implementation activities
- Build strong relationships across multiple stakeholder groups




- Support the successful delivery of complex transformation initiatives

What you'll need to succeed

- Demonstrated experience as a BA or Senior BA
- Robust requirements elicitation, process mapping and workshop facilitation skills
- Experience working on enterprise-wide transformation, systems or ERP-related initiatives
- Ability to write user stories, acceptance criteria and business requirements documentation
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Experience operating in Agile, Waterfall or hybrid delivery environments
- A proactive and collaborative approach to problem solving

Highly regarded:

- Local Government experience
- Exposure to large-scale enterprise platforms and transformation programs
- Experience working across multiple business units within complex organisations
