Opal HealthCare in Annandale NSW is seeking a Lifestyle Manager to lead the Meaningful Life program at Annandale Grove Care Community. This full time role runs Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm and focuses on creating engaging, person-centred activities that enhance residents' wellbeing and quality of life.

You will partner with clinical teams, families and the broader care staff to tailor programs across physical, emotional and spiritual wellbeing, and you will mentor team members to deliver meaningful
