John O'Shea & Tom Charlton Racing is seeking a Head Foreperson to join our young and enthusiastic team based at Randwick. This role will involve overseeing the care and management of 60 horses in work while leading a team of 25–30 staff.
The successful candidate will bring senior experience in racing, solid equine knowledge, staff management, and excellent communication skills to ensure daily operations run smoothly and to a high standard.
