Banksia Palliative Care Service is seeking a compassionate Grief and Bereavement Counsellor to join our multidisciplinary team. You will provide counselling, emotional support and education to clients, carers and families experiencing grief, loss and adjustment related to life-limiting illness.

You will conduct bereavement risk assessments, develop individualised care plans and support coping strategies, collaborating to deliver holistic, family-centred care.
