We're seeking an exceptional Director of Hotel Operations to join our leadership team and drive operational excellence across our growing portfolio. About the Role

As Director of Hotel Operations, you will be responsible for leading the operational performance of our hotels, ensuring every guest journey is seamless, every team member is empowered to succeed, and every property consistently delivers on the Abode brand promise.

You will partner closely with Hotel Managers and department leaders to drive commercial performance, elevate guest satisfaction, strengthen operational standards, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement across the business.

What You'll Be Responsible For

Delivering Exceptional Guest Experiences

Champion the end-to-end guest journey across all touchpoints.

Drive a culture of service excellence and genuine hospitality.

Analyse guest feedback and implement strategies that enhance satisfaction, loyalty, and reputation.

Strategic Business Leadership

Contribute to the development and execution of operational and commercial strategies.

Drive performance against key business objectives, budgets, and KPIs.

Identify opportunities to improve profitability, efficiency, and overall business performance.

Developing High-Performing Teams

Mentor, coach, and inspire Hotel Managers and operational leaders.

Foster a positive and accountable culture focused on growth and development.





Build leadership capability and succession pathways across the portfolio.

Problem Solving and Operational Excellence

Actively investigate challenges and develop practical, effective solutions.

Lead operational reviews and business improvement initiatives.

Support hotels through change, growth, and evolving business requirements.

Contractor and Asset Management

Oversee contractor performance and service delivery standards.

Ensure maintenance, facilities, and compliance programs are executed effectively.

Protect and enhance the long-term value of our hotel assets.

Innovation and Continuous Improvement

Think ahead and challenge traditional ways of operating.

Identify process improvements that enhance guest experience, team engagement, and efficiency.

Use data, insights, and feedback to drive smarter operational decisions.
