The Role

We are looking for multiple support workers to fill the current vacancy

As a Disability Support Worker,



you’ll be providing vital care and support to individuals with varying needs. Whether you prefer shorter shifts or longer hours, we have flexibility to fit your lifestyle. We’re looking for people who have the heart, drive, and skills to make a positive impact in the lives of others. While experience in disability support is a plus, we’re also excited to train individuals who are eager to learn and grow in the role.

What You’ll Do

- Support with daily living tasks like personal care, household chores, and meal preparation.
- Assist clients in engaging with community activities, from gym visits to appointments and shopping.
- Provide both practical and emotional support to individuals with high-intensity needs.
- Offer companionship and motivate clients to develop new skills and hobbies.
- Document your shift and attend regular team training to improve your skills.

About You

We’re looking for team members who are compassionate, reliable, and proactive. Here’s who we think would be a great fit for the role:

- Comfortable working short shifts (e.g., 2-3 hours) and travelling between clients’ homes
- You love working both independently and as part of a supportive team.
- You’re ready to bring your skills, learn new ones, and contribute to a energetic team!
- You’re available for an immediate start and eager to jump into a fulfilling career.

What You Need

- Valid WWCC/NDIS Worker Screening Check.
- Access to a reliable vehicle with insurance.
