Elite Pathways is seeking an experienced SMSF skilled to lead a portfolio of approximately 250 SMSFs. You will work closely with Partners, supervise an offshore staff member and a junior accountant, and act as the primary client contact on technical and strategic SMSF matters.

The role offers leadership autonomy, extensive client interaction, and opportunities for business partnering within a supportive mid-tier accounting firm.
