MG Motor Australia is looking for an organised and commercially minded Fleet Sales Coordinator to join our Fleet team. This is a great opportunity for a young professional in sales administration, sales operations, fleet or a similar workplace who enjoys working with data, coordinating multiple priorities and supporting a fast-paced sales function.
What you will be doing
- Coordinating fleet orders, order planning and maintaining fleet order files.
- Preparing weekly, month-end and ad hoc sales and fleet reports.
- Maintaining CRM data, reporting and customer information.
- Supporting fleet planning, forecasting and performance tracking.
- Managing pricing approval and BRN administration.
- Supporting customer proposals,
presentations and tender submissions.
- Assisting with the planning and coordination of fleet events.
- Working with internal teams and external stakeholders to keep fleet activities and customer requirements on track.
About you
- 1–2 years' relevant experience in sales administration, sales operations, fleet, reporting or a similar role.
- Previous automotive experience within an OEM, dealership, FMO, leasing or related environment is highly regarded.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills and confidence using PowerPoint and Microsoft Office.
- Experience working with CRM systems and sales reporting.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent organisation and time management, with the ability to manage competing deadlines.
- A proactive, self-motivated approach and willingness to take ownership.
