Programmed is seeking a focused Team Leader to manage a grounds maintenance contract at Federation University in Ballarat. You will oversee in office delivery, coordinate planning, scheduling and supervision, and ensure works meet quality, safety and cost targets.
Reporting to the Project Manager, you’ll lead a horticultural team, liaise with contractors, and drive a high standard of service for current and future customers, with opportunities for long-term career progression within Programmed.
