St Vincent’s Health Australia is seeking an experienced Community Mental Health Clinician for a permanent full-time position in Hawthorn/Melbourne. The role focuses on intensive outreach, evidence-based care and robust therapeutic engagement with consumers, families and carers.

You will deliver targeted interventions, complete thorough assessments and contribute to a range of community-based services within funded programs.
